Why are my flowers still in bud?
Our wedding florists work hard to make sure you wedding flowers are opening at just the right time for your wedding day, however some transistional flowers like lisianthus stems have buds and blooms, however the smaller buds to the ends don't ever open fully, so we allow for this in our designs as they suit certain ranges of our collection
My Flowers are completely damaged or some have wilted!
See image. Is there time to send a suitable replacement?
Send wedding florist images, to see if it can be fixed and offer partial refund
My bouquet doesnt match the image!
Ask for image to compare.
Our florists are professional at what they do and will try to make every bouquet to match the image online but please remember flowers are natural products and can all grow slightly differently, that is part of their beauty so not every rose will open the same at the same time or their colours can vary ever so slightly.
What is the difference between a buttonhole and corsage?
A buttonhole is usually a single flower and small amount of foliage, wired and taped together and generally worn by a man on his left lapel
A corsage is a small collection of flowers wired into a teardrop shape (like a broach) and worn by a women on the right side of theyre lapel or dress
We advise that you have your flowers delivered on the morning of your wedding, as all of our flowers are sent in full bloom and this is when they will look their most beautiful. This is especially important for buttonholes and corsages; as they are wired they’ll usually look their best for around 24 hours.
All of our packages will need to be signed for. Ideally flowers should be delivered to the bride or someone in the wedding party. If you choose to have your flowers delivered to your venue or hotel please make sure you let them know about the delivery to make sure your packages are not turned away. We’d also recommend giving them clear information and instructions on how to store the flowers
